  1. Please plan and place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. 
  2. Must allow at least 1 week for delivery. Due to the pandemic, shipping can be very unpredictable. Therefore any rushed orders that become delayed or unable to be delivered is completely out of my control.
  3. All orders should be placed through my website and paid IN FULL (No Deposits)
  4. There will be a rushed fee applied to your order for additional or last minute adjustments made within the same week of booking. 
  5. All names and necessary information should be proof read and provided when placing your order.
  6. If anyone in your party drops out please keep in mind that the head count remains the same
  7. Since all party packages are custom made, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or last minute changes after 24 hours of your placed order
  8. Any modifications that can be made will include a Rushed Fee
  9. Please provide good quality images and or logos for the best results
  10. You must provide your own apparel, accessories, etc when upgrading your party package 
  11. Please complete the Event Planning Form upon booking
  12. If anything is broken or damaged PLEASE inform me as soon as possible (including picture & video) and I will accommodate you in any way that I can
