- Please plan and place your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Must allow at least 1 week for delivery. Due to the pandemic, shipping can be very unpredictable. Therefore any rushed orders that become delayed or unable to be delivered is completely out of my control.
- All orders should be placed through my website and paid IN FULL (No Deposits)
- There will be a rushed fee applied to your order for additional or last minute adjustments made within the same week of booking.
- All names and necessary information should be proof read and provided when placing your order.
- If anyone in your party drops out please keep in mind that the head count remains the same
- Since all party packages are custom made, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or last minute changes after 24 hours of your placed order
- Any modifications that can be made will include a Rushed Fee
- Please provide good quality images and or logos for the best results
- You must provide your own apparel, accessories, etc when upgrading your party package
- Please complete the Event Planning Form upon booking
- If anything is broken or damaged PLEASE inform me as soon as possible (including picture & video) and I will accommodate you in any way that I can
